Messaging makes it easy to communicate directly with another florist or the 1-800-Flowers.com support team about an order. Use this tool whenever you need clarification, need to request a change, or want to keep the sending shop informed.
To send a message, open the order and select the “Send Message” button at the bottom of the screen. From there, choose the appropriate Message Type based on your situation.
