How to Suspend Orders in BloomLink #

Use this process when your shop will be closed or unable to receive orders during posted hours.

  1. Log into BloomLink with Admin access.
  2. Go to Admin.
  3. Click Inbound Order Suspend.
  4. Select Add New Record.
  5. Fill in the start date, end date, and name of person.
  6. Click Submit.

Suspensions begin 90 minutes after submission. If you shop hours change again before the end date, contact Bloomnet Customer Service at 1-800-Bloomnet (1-800-256-6663) or customerservice@bloomnet.net to remove the suspension.
