How to Suspend Orders in BloomLink #
Use this process when your shop will be closed or unable to receive orders during posted hours.
- Log into BloomLink with Admin access.
- Go to Admin.
- Click Inbound Order Suspend.
- Select Add New Record.
- Fill in the start date, end date, and name of person.
- Click Submit.
Suspensions begin 90 minutes after submission. If you shop hours change again before the end date, contact Bloomnet Customer Service at 1-800-Bloomnet (1-800-256-6663) or customerservice@bloomnet.net to remove the suspension.
