Setup Instructions: Card Isle Greeting Card Printer
Please complete the below steps to prepare for your setup appointment with the Card Isle Team:
Take the printer out of the box.
Remove all plastic and orange tape from the printer and discard in the trash (except for the user manual).
Plug in the power cord and insert the printer inks provided. Then, follow the instructions on the printer screen to do a printer head alignment.
Place 5 sheets of 8.5 x11 printer paper in the bottom tray of the printer, as shown below
If you are using an ethernet cord to connect to the internet, make sure it is plugged into both the router and the back of the printer. If you are connecting to Wi-fi, make sure you have the router password on hand. Once connected to the internet, you’re ready for your pre-scheduled appointment with a Card Isle Customer Success agent.
