To help you manage increased demand and rising costs, we’ve implemented the following for the Valentine's peak:

• Price Increases: We have adjusted pricing to reflect the seasonal market.
• Peak Product Assortment Now Live: We are streamlining the available catalog to high-demand, high-availability items to simplify your design bench and sourcing. Review the full Valentine's Day Peak Product Assortment anytime in BloomLink under Utilities>Important Notifications.
• Flex Delivery: To help maximize your delivery capacity, Flex Delivery is available for orders from February 12th through February 14th. Not all orders are flexible deliveries. Please keep an eye on special instructions to make sure you're delivering on the appropriate dates.

BloomNet Express:
Control and Flexibility for Peak

BloomNet Express puts your arrangements in front of local customers using major third-party platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and more. This program is designed to capture the high volume of last-minute shoppers who rely on these apps for rapid, on-demand delivery.

Pricing and Assortment

• Price Increases: We’ve adjusted Express pricing to reflect the premium nature of on-demand delivery.
• Streamlined Assortment: We’ve streamlined the selection to focus on bestsellers that allow for quick fulfillment, helping you manage these orders efficiently alongside your existing volume.
  • • Now Through Wednesday, February 11: The full streamlined Valentine’s assortment is available, giving you access to a broader selection of high-demand designs.
    • Beginning Thursday, February 12: The catalog will be further reduced to only the most efficient, high-volume products to support peak fulfillment speed.Featured Valentine's Day Products

Managing Your Shop's Availability

• Capture Last-Minute Sales: If you are open to accepting orders later than your standard closing time, please contact Customer Service no later than February 6th at 1-800-BloomNet (1-800-256-6663) to have your hours updated.
• Manage Your Volume: If you need to suspend or pause your incoming Express orders, follow the steps below.
  • • To temporarily pause or suspend Express orders only: Contact BloomNet Customer Service at 1-800-BloomNet (1-800-256-6663), chat via BloomNet.net, or email customerservice@bloomnet.net.
    • To suspend ALL order types: This can be done directly in BloomLink.
